He studied Scandinavian Studies at Vilnius University. His original poems and translations from Danish and English have been published in literary journals and anthologies.\nHis debut poetry collection, Apie rei\u0161kinius (2017), received the Zigmas G\u0117l\u0117-Gaidamavi\u010dius Prize for the year\u2019s best poetry debut. His second collection, Debreceno gatv\u0117s bliuzas (Debrecen Street Blues, 2025), was awarded the Young Yotvingian Prize for its fresh poetic resonances, playful deconstruction of language and unconventional syntax, as well as for its vivid social pulse, exploration of memory and longing for meaning. Grajauskas is an active participant in literary events and often performs his poetry accompanied by music. His poems have been translated into German, Polish, English and Estonian.
